2009 Summit, Denver
Since we started as Project New West in 2007, PNA has embraced its role as a hub for discussion and innovation across the Western region.
To that end, in 2009, Project New America brought the West’s preeminent civic, political and business leaders to Denver for the first Western Summit.
The first-of-its-kind event was a celebration of the West’s evolution into the nation’s most dynamic region. A series of panels discussed and analyzed the changing face of the Western voter, trends in business and public policy, and the West’s place in the national landscape moving forward.
The summit offered leaders from across the West a rare chance to discuss issues from a regional perspective.
